ROBERT WALLACE
A funeral for Robert Wallace of Larkspur, a resident of Marin for several years, was held today at the Mount Vernon mortuary in Fair Oaks, Sacramento County.
Wallace died unexpectedly Sunday at his home. He was 58.
Wallace was a native of Iowa. He served in the Army during World War II and received the Asiatic-Pacific campaign medal. He was in a tank battalion.
Wallace was an upholsterer for B&B Interiors. He moved to Marin several years ago.
His wife, Lorna, died about six months ago.
He is survived by two sons, Stephen Wallace of Colorado and Robert D. Wallace of Idaho; two brothers, William Wallace of Barstow and Russell Wallace of Pinole; and eight grandchildren.
Burial was at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks.
