KAREN BLISS
A funeral was to be held today in Salt Lake City for Karen Bliss, a former Novato resident.
Miss Bliss died Sunday at a hospital in Salt Lake City from injuries suffered in a traffic accident earlier that day.
She was 25.
A native of Denver, Colo., she was a resident of Salt Lake City.
She was in the accounting department for the Century Equipment Co. in Utah. Before taking that job, she worked as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Australia.
Survivors include her parents, William J. and Veora Rose Johnson Bliss of Novato; two brothers, William J. Bliss Jr. of Provo, Utah, and Brock Bliss of Bolivia; four sisters, Leslie Trooper of Chino, Lynette Montiel of Petaluma, Susan Nietfeld of Thatcher, Ariz., and Becky A. Bliss of Novato; and her grandmother, Byrdie Johnson of Sturgis, S.D.
Burial will be in Novato.

KAREN V. BLISS
The graveside service for Karen V. Bliss, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Bliss of Novato, will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Bahia Valley Memorial Park, Novato.
Miss Bliss, 25, of Salt Lake City, died March 31 in that city of injuries suffered in a traffic accident.
She worked in the accounting department for the Century Equipment Co. in Utah.
