WILBERT MOUNGOVAN
Wilbert Harvey Moungovan died unexpectedly in his Novato home early today. He was 70.
A native of Point Arena, he moved in 1949 to Novato, where he lived for the rest of his life.
He was a heavy equipment operator with Operating Engineers Union Local No. 3 in Marin County.
He is survived by his wife, Fern Moungovan of Novato; two stepsons, Burl and Leon Kendell both of Covalo, Mendocino County; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Neptune Society in San Francisco
