MARIA SEREDIN-SABATIN
Vacaville – Maria Seredin-Sabatin, a former San Rafael resident, died Saturday in Vacaville, where she had been living recently. She was 88.
Mrs. Seredin-Sabatin was born in Hong Kong and lived in China before coming to this country about 25 years ago. She also lived in San Francisco as well as Marin before moving to Vacaville.
Her husband, Peter Seredin-Sabatin, died early (sic).
Surviving are two daughters, Natalie Dorian and Vera Preston; one son, Peter Seredin-Sabatin; a sister, Barbara Robb of England; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Christ the Saviour Orthodox Church in San Francisco. Burial will be in the Serbian Cemetery in Colma.
The panihida service will be at 8 tonight at Monte’s Mission Chapel in San Rafael.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the Frank Gonzales Evangelistic Association Inc., Post Office Box 972, Elkhart, Ind. 46515.
