C. EDWARD WRIGHT

Novato – C. Edward Wright of Novato, long-time Marin County businessman, died Saturday in a local hospital after a short illness. He was 60.

Wright had lived in Marin more than 25 years. He operated a restaurant in San Rafael at one time and more recently, owned an antique business in Corte Madera and also worked as an auctioneer.

He was a native of Illinois.

He was a member of the Marin Golf and Country Club and the Auctioneers Association.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy C. Wright of the family home in Novato; three children, Annette and Carrie Garcia and Kory Wright, and his brother, Julius Wright.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin in Novato. Burial will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery.
