PAULINE M. KROWARTZ
A graveside service for Pauline Marie Krowartz, 93, of San Rafael, will be held Monday at the North Platte Cemetery, North Platte, Neb.
Mrs. Krowartz died Wednesday in a local hospital after a long illness.
Born in Germany, she came to the United States at age 16. She lived for many years in Pueblo, Colo., and in North Platte, before moving to San Francisco about 35 years ago. She moved to Marin a year ago.
Her husband, Charles Krowartz, a retired Southern Pacific Railroad boilermaker, died about eight years ago.
She is survived by two daughters, Helma Smiley of Mill Valley and Mrs. Louis Triplett of North Platte, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
