LOIS E. DUHAMEL
A funeral service for Lois Evelyn Duhamel, a former San Anselmo resident, will be held at 2:15 p.m. Friday at the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno.
Mrs. Duhamel, 77, died Monday in Fort Worth, Texas, where she had moved in 1975. She was the wife of Wilford P. “Doc” Duhamel, a former veterans service officer for Marin County.
A native of Wilmar, Minn., Mrs. Duhamel lived in Marin for more than 35 years.
She is survived by her husband, now living in Fort Worth, her daughter, Audrey Malkan, also of Fort Worth, one sister, Mrs. G. E. Seid of Arizona, and two grandchildren.
Friends may call for visitation at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael from Thursday at 3 p.m. until Friday noon.

She was the grandmother of Matthew and Hope Malkan; her husband’s middle name was Peter; Wilmar is spelled with 2 n’s instead of one.
