WILLIAM LaVALLEY
San Rafael resident
William LaValley died on April 25 in San Rafael. He was 79
Mr. LaValley was born in Rutland, Vt. He served in the South Pacific during World War II and went on to work as an advertising manager for Mansfield Tire and Rubber Co. He also was a real-estate salesman for Marin County and a division manager for Consolidated Freightways Trucking.
He is survived by two sons, William F. LaValley of Novato and Ronald G. LaValley of Bakersfield.
The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1123 Court, San Rafael.
