RUTH N. WILKINSON

A funeral service for Ruth N. Wilkinson, 66, of Corte Madera, retired operator of launderettes, will be held in Arkadelphia, Ark.

Mrs. Wilkinson died Thursday at Letterman General Hospital at the Presidio of San Francisco after an illness.

She was the wife of William H. Wilkinson, a retired Army master sergeant.

Mrs. Wilkinson had managed the Carousel launderettes in Larkspur, San Rafael, Mill Valley and Sausalito.

As a CB radio operator, she was known as “Broken Arrow.” Mrs. Wilkinson was a high scoring bowler while living in Texas and Oklahoma and a member of an Elks Club in Texas.

She was a native of Alabama, who had been a resident of Marin since 1946.

Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Bonnie Bennett of Yuba City, and seven grandchildren.
