MRS. MARTINDALE
Mrs. Monta Victoria Martindale, mother of J. Ralph Martindale of Mill Valley, died yesterday in a local hospital after a short illness.
Mrs. Martindale, 80, had resided in Marin County for one year in rest homes. She formerly lived 21 years in Van Nuys.
She had belonged to the San Fernando Art Assn. and had studied art at Laguna Beach and at Woodstock in New York state. She was active in the Little Church of Sherman Oaks.
Mrs. Martindale is survived by two sons, Ralph and Dr. J. Albert Martindale of Speed, Ind.; a brother, William Morgan of Los Angeles, and three grandsons.
Memorial services are to be held in Los Angeles.
