GINO M. CIPOLLINA
A private service was held for Gino M. Cipollina, 77, a resident of Mill Valley since 1949.
He died on Friday at a local hospital after a short illness.
A native of Genoa, Italy, he came to the United States in 1939. He first settled in Woodside, where he lived until moving to Mill Valley.
He was a real estate salesman for the past 30 years. He had worked for the Scott-McCall office in Mill Valley for the past six years until the time of his death. Before that, he ran Mill Valley Realty for 20 years.
He also spent much time traveling with his sons, professional rock ‘n’ roll musicians, to many of their musical engagements.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Cipollina of Mill Valley; two sons, John Cipollina and Mario Cipollina, both of Mill Valley; a daughter, Michael Blair of Houston, Texas; and four grandchildren.
The family prefers contributions to charities of the donor’s choice.
