WILLIAM S. PRICE
William S. Price, 69, former Mill Valley resident, died yesterday in a local hospital after a short illness.
Price, retired branch manager for an electrical installation firm in San Francisco, had been living in Alturas, Modoc County, since moving from Marin.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie V. Price of Alturas; a daughter, Constance Harvey of North Carolina; a son, Phillip S. Price of Alturas; a sister, Doris C. Cordes of Ventura, and five children (sic).
Private funeral will be held in Mill Valley. The family prefers memorial gifts to favorite charities.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was a native of Pennsylvania. Arrangements by Russell and Gooch, Mill Valley.
