Brother of Local Man Dies in Mill Valley
The funeral of Jacob Schlosser, brother of Henry Schlosser, of t his city, was held here Tuesday afternoon.
Mr. Schlosser, who had lived in Mill Valley since his retirement from business, passed away there Saturday morning. His death was unexpected. He was stricken with illness while walking on the street and immediately removed to the Mill Valley firehouse, where death occurred in a short time.
Mr. Schlosser was 65 years of age and a native of Germany. Besides his brother he leaves two nephews, Henry O. Schlosser and August C. Schlosser. The funeral was held at F. E. Sawyer’s parlors, and the sermon was preached by Rev. Hensel.
