ROBERT GROSS
A funeral for Robert Gross, an ironworker and resident of Mill Valley, will be held tomorrow in Mill Valley.
Gross died Saturday at a local [hospital]. [He] worked as a housesmith for the past 50 years in California. A native of Latvia, Gross came to California in 1903. He was a member of the Iron Workers, Bridgemen, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforced Local No. 377 and also the Social Laborer’s Party. He was a resident of Mill Valley for 18 months.
A funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Russell and Gooch Mortuary in Mill Valley. Burial will be private at Cypress Lawn Cemetery, Colma.
