MAUDE SMITH
Services will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. in Sacramento at East Lawn Memorial Park for Maude Louise Smith, a native of San Rafael.
Mrs. Smith died yesterday at a Sacramento hospital after a long illness. She was 78.
Mrs. Smith was a graduate of San Rafael High School and lived in Marin all her life before moving to the Sacramento area in 1956.
She is survived by four daughters, Mary Walters of Montague, Siskiyou County, Phyllis Shoemate of Seattle, Murial Brokaw of Citrus Heights, Sacramento County, and Shirley Smith of Sacramento; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the Sutter Memorial Hospital artificial kidney center fund, 52nd and F Streets, Sacramento
