SANTA PATURZO
Santa Paturzo of San Rafael, an 11-year resident of Marin, died unexpectedly yesterday in a local hospital. She was 78.
She was born in Italy and lived most of her life in New York City before moving to San Francisco in 1957.
Mrs. Paturzo, wife of the late Julius Paturzo, is survived by two daughters, Josephine and Carmel Paturzo; a son, Andrew M. Paturzo; a sister, Jennie Moscati of New Jersey; a brother, Morris Ognibene of New Jersey, and two grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be tomorrow at 9 a.m. at St. Isabella’s Church in Terra Linda. The Rosary will be recited tonight at 8 o’clock at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael.
