PETER VICTORS

Peter Victors of Marinwood, a retired engineer, died yesterday in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. He was 73.

Victors was born in Russia and fled with other White Russians, settling in China after the Russian Revolution.

He came to California 23 years ago and worked as an engineer at Hamilton Air Force Base for a number of years.

He is survived by his wife, Alexandra; his son, Alexis Victors of Moraga, and four grandchildren.

The Mass will be celebrated tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in San Anselmo. Panihida services will be at 6:30 p.m. today at the church.

Burial will be in the Serbian Cemetery, Colma.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that arrangements were under the auspices of Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo.
