HAROLD SWIFT
Funeral will be tomorrow at 1 p.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael for Harold L. Swift, a lifelong Sausalito resident who died Friday in a local hospital after a long illness. He was 70.
He was a member of Hod Carriers and Laborers Local Union 295 of San Rafael and worked for 20 years at Western Plumbing and Heating Co. of San Francisco. He retired in 1970.
Swift was a member of the Sausalito Volunteer Fire Department for 25 years. He attended Christ Episcopal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Billie Swift of Sausalito; two sons, Army Sgt. Michael H. Swift, stationed in Germany, and David J. Swift of Sausalito; a daughter, Paula J. Elliott of Petaluma; a brother, Robert L. Moulton of San Rafael; three sisters, Daphen Corr of Fresno, Helen Macleod of Oakland, and Beryl Trone of Colorado, and one granddaughter.
Burial will be at Fernwood Cemetery in Mill Valley.
