ARDATH L. TAMAGNO
Ardath Lillian Tamagno of San Rafael died today in a San Francisco hospital following a lengthy illness. She was 56.
A native of Lynch, Neb., Mrs. Tamagno was reared in Lincoln, Neb.
In 1937, she moved to San Francisco and four years later married Claude Paul Tamagno.
The couple moved to 28 East Crescent Drive in San Rafael in 1954 where Mrs. Tamagno has lived ever since. Following her husband’s death 10 years ago, Mrs. Tamagno ran his liquor store for several years.
Mrs. Tamagno is survived by three sisters, Ruth Goodyear of Novato, Elizabeth Wedel of San Francisco, Laurel Babb of Wichita, Kan., and a brother, Donald Craig of Clear Lake, Lake County.
Memorial graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. Cremation will be private. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society are preferred by the family.
