SIMPSON - In San Francisco, Francis A. Simpson, devoted brother of Albert G. Simpson Jr. of Glendale. A native of California; aged 49 years.

Private family services were held under the direction of Russell and Gooch Funeral Chapel, 270 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley. Interment at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
