ELIZABETH KENT
Elizabeth A. (Tony) Kent, a 43-year resident of Marin, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was 94.
Mrs. Kent was a native of Illinois. She came to California in 1910, first settling in King City, Monterey County.
Mrs. Kent moved to Marin in 1934. She had lived in San Anselmo since 1948.
Mrs. Kent was a homemaker. Her husband of 48 years, Walter Kent, a lumber salesman, died in 1958.
She was a member of the Marin Art and Garden Club.
She is also (sic) survived by her sisters, Matilda Schirz and Barbara Jordan, both of Jacksonville, Ill., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Rita’s Church, Fairfax. The Rosary will be recited tomorrow at 8 p.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was the aunt of James C. Zink.
