Fisherman Drowned Near Sausalito
Irwin Kiser, a fisherman living at 1434 Turk street, was drowned Sunday afternoon off Sausalito when he fell from the deck of a motor boat owned by John O. Swanson of the same address, and with whom he was fishing.
Swanson and another man were engaged at the moment in repairing the motor. Turning to reach for a wrench, Swanson noted the absence of Kiser. The men immediately made for the shore and efforts were made to recover the body of the missing man by dragging near where he is supposed to have fallen overboard. The body was not found. Kiser was 41 years of age and unmarried. He was a native of Germany.
