Mrs. Swearingen Rites Tomorrow In Mill Valley
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon for Mrs. Mabel D. Swearingen, a resident of Mill Valley since 1913.
Mrs. Swearingen, wife of Ray E. Swearingen, a fire insurance company engineer, died at their summer home in Carnelian Bay, Lake Tahoe, Monday.
A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, she is also survived by her daughter, Mrs. James M. Bull of Sacramento, and son, John D. Swearingen of San Francisco. She lived at 61 Catalpa street.
A member of the Outdoor Art Club, she was also in the Triple C of the Community Church and was a founder of the Mill Valley Parent Teachers Association.
Funeral services will be held at the Memorial Chapels of Russell and Gooch, 270 Miller avenue, Mill Valley. Interment will be at Mt. Tamalpais cemetery.
