RUTH S. RAVICZ
Funeral services for Ruth S. Ravicz of San Rafael will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in San Rafael.
Mrs. Ravicz died Sunday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was 74.
A native of Burlington, Iowa, Mrs. Ravicz was educated in Colorado and worked for several years in New York City. Her husband, Louis Ravicz, died in 1952, and she moved to Santa Monica.
After her retirement, Mrs. Ravicz moved to San Rafael. She was a member of the Tamalpais Centre Woman’s Club and the Terra Linda Senior Citizens.
Surviving are a brother, Alfred Stiefel of Virginia, two sons, Alfred Ravicz of Novato and Walter Ravicz of San Rafael, and three grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are preferred to the First Presbyterian Church’s Bell Tower Fund.
