He was a retired employee of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Company, having worked for the company many years as a carpenter. He is survived by a widow, Mrs. Clara Todd, Mrs. James C. Pollock, who is now at the family home, and a son, Dr. A. J. Todd, of Pennsylvania, who is en route to San Rafael.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 1:15 at the Odd Fellows Hall with the members of the order in charge of the services. He was a member also of Mira Monte Camp of the Woodmen of the World.

Burial will be made under the direction of the F. E. Sawyer Company in the family plot in Petaluma.
