Ferdinand Ruhling, an aged rancher who resided for several years near Schuetzen Park, died this morning in a San Francisco hospital where he had been confined for about a year. Sheriff J. J. Keating, at the time Ruhling was taken ill, was named as guardian of the man’s estate.
