Walter Bernard O’Donnell, a San Francisco boy, was accidentally shot and killed Sunday at Lagunitas by Peter Dempsey, a boy companion, when the latter pointed a supposedly unloaded gun at him and pulled the trigger. The Dempsey boy, of St. Vincent’s Orphan Asylum, is ill from the shock and grief caused by his carelessness. O’Donnell was 17 years old and Dempsey is 15.
