Pt. Reyes Woman Dies Suddenly
A large gathering of sorrowing friends and relatives attended the funeral services last Monday held for Mrs. Sylvia Irving, widow of the late Thomas Irving. The ceremony was held at the home of Adolph Cheda in Pt. Reyes Station, with interment in the Olema cemetery.
Mrs. Irving passed away suddenly last Friday at her home. She was 46 years of age. Her death was a shock to her great number of friends, and the floral tributes and the large attendance were but slight tokens of the grief felt by the community in which she had resided for so long and in which she was held in high esteem.
She is survived by five children, James, Harry, William and Bernice Irving and Mrs. Otto Rassmussen.
The interment was under the direction of the F. E. Sawyer Company.
