George H. Makinson, one of the pioneer residents of San Anselmo and a beloved and respected citizen of the town passed away quietly at his home here last Friday. Mr. Makinson who was nearly 60 years old had been failing for some years and about two weeks ago suffered a paraletic stroke which resulted in his death. George Makinson had been connected with the White House for 32 years. He leaves a widow, Mrs. Mary Makinson, three sons and one daughter.
