HELENE WILLIAMS
Helene Marion “Peggy” Williams, 88, of San Rafael, died Sunday in San Francisco following an illness.
She was a native of Buena Vista, Colo., and lived most of her life in the San Joaquin Valley. Her late husband, Ross Williams, was co-publisher and general manager of the Stockton Record. He died 13 years ago.
Mrs. Williams moved three years ago to Marin to live with a son, J. Ross Williams of San Rafael. She also is survived by a daughter, Marion W. Noone, also of San Rafael.
No services will be held.
