Long Illness Ends For Miss Collins

The last sad rites were performed last Tuesday for Miss Margaret Collins who passed away in San Francisco after an illness of a number of years.

St. Raphael’s Church was filled with sorrowing friends who had known and loved the deceased in her life here from childhood. The services comprised the celebration of a requiem mass at 9:30. Burial was made in Mt. Olivet cemetery under the direction of the Eden Undertaking company on C Street.

The pall bearers were former class mates of Miss Collins at St. Raphael’s School, comprising Fred Kinsella, James McBride, M. A. Andrade, Frank Healy, Joseph Brazil and Edward Hayden.

The deceased is survived by two sisters, the Misses Mary and Catherine Collins, and a brother, Stephen Collins.
