GRACE A. HOWELL
Funeral services for Grace Amanda Howell of Novato will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Franklin and Downs Colonial Chapel in Modesto.
She died Friday at Oaks Convalescent Hospital in Petaluma after a long illness. She was 88.
A native of Kansas, she had been a bookkeeper for 10 years.
She had lived in Novato with her daughter, Verna Bourne, for several years.
Besides her daughter, she is survived by two sons, David R. Howell and James Howell, both of Modesto; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family prefers contributions be made to a favorite charity.
Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Hughson, Stanislaus County.
