Frank J. Landon
Funeral services were held on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. from the Guy W. Jenness & Co. chapel for Frank J. Landon, retired railroad engineer, who passed away at his home in San Anselmo, Monday at the age of 68. Although he had lived in San Anselmo but six years, coming here from Oakland, he had a host of friends in this community who will grieve over his passing. He was a native of Illinois. Following the funeral the interment took place in the Mt. Olivet Memorial Park. Two daughters in San Anselmo, both well known, survive him. They are Mrs. G. D. Vickery and Mrs. Jessie Boothe. Two sons also are left behind: James L. Landon of Oakland, and Frank J. Landon Jr. of Tucson, Arizona.
