GUS OPPENHEIMER
Mill Valley paid its last respects to an honored citizen Monday, when funeral services were said for GUS OPPENHEIMER, businessman of that city who died at his Mill Valley home after a short illness at the age of 62. He was in the grocery business in Mill Valley for 32 years, and was active in civic affairs. He was a native of Germany. A former city councilman, he was a Rotarian, and was once Mill Valley fire commissioner. He leaves a widow, Mrs. LOUISE OPPENHEIMER; 2 step-sons, FRED BAGSHAW and ALBERT BAGSHAW; and a step-daughter, Mrs. ROSE HOWARD. He was a member of Mt. Tamalpais Lodge of Odd Fellows.
