N.W.P. Worker Killed In Yard At Sausalito

George Wilson, 56, painter employed at the N. W. P. in Sausalito, was killed about midnight Tuesday, when he was hit by an interurban train at Locust Ave., Sausalito.

Engineer M. Snow, in charge of the train, said he saw the man lying beside the tracks but not in time to stop the train soon enough. The body was taken to the Russell Funeral Parlors, pending funeral arrangements.

The accident occurred but a short distance from the station. Wilson was a member of the Painter’s Union, and lived in a boat. No known relatives reside in this vicinity.
