Funeral Services For Wm. Conner

Suffering patiently from an illness which he knew many months ago would terminate fatally, William Conner passed away last Sunday at his home here.

The funeral services were held yesterday, with the celebration of a requiem mass at St. Raphael’s church, and burial was made under the direction of the F. E. Sawyer Company.

The deceased was very well and favorably known in San Rafael. For many years a decade or so ago he was engaged in business here as a wood, coal and lumber dealer, and took an active part in public affairs.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie Conner, and three sons, Creed, William and Glease Conner. He was a brother of Mrs. P. Hablain, and a native of Massachusetts, aged 54 years.
