Agnes F. Babcock Dies In San Rafael

Mrs. Agnes Fern Babcock, 82, mother-in-law of county building inspector Otto Meyer, died today at her San Rafael home after a two-week illness.

She had suffered a heart attack about two weeks ago and succumbed about 9 a.m. today. She resided at 67 Junipero Serra avenue in San Rafael with her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Meyer.

Mrs. Babcock moved to San Rafael from Oregon about one and one-half years ago. She was the widow of John L. Babcock, a railroad conductor in Colorado.

Mrs. Babcock leaves two sons, Colton in Denver, and John in New York.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Harry M. Williams Mortuary, San Rafael.
