CRAIG E. BAUGUESS

San Rafael – A private funeral for Craig E. Bauguess, a retired public accountant and businessman of San Rafael, was held today.

Bauguess, 67, died Tuesday at a local hospital. He was born in Illinois and grew up in Oakland. He lived in San Rafael in t he early 1950s and then moved to the San Bruno area, returning to San Rafael seven years ago when he retired.

He had owned Day and Night Transmission Service, located in South San Francisco and Daly City.

Bauguess is survived by his wife, Margaret; two daughters, Linda Marinovich of Oakland and Mary Little of Redding; one son, Craig M. Bauguess of Millbrae; one step-daughter, Sharon Baker of Vacaville; two stepsons, Scott and Kent Deming, both of San Rafael; and eight grandchildren.

Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland.

The family prefers memorial contributions to Hospice of Marin.
