Mariano Casarez, convicted of murder in the first degree, will be hanged tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock on the gallows at San Quentin. He was taken to the death cell at 5 o’clock Wednesday afternoon. His partner in crime, Alviro Mendez, was found insane yesterday and committed to Napa. Casarez is 69 years of age.
