Paul, 6-Year-Old Son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Hyde, Dead

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Hyde was saddened this morning by the death of their little son, Paul Leland, who has been suffering for the past week with an attack of appendicitis, and who was taken to the Cottage hospital for an operation. The fatal malady followed a case of mumps, which developed rapidly into complications and medical aid was rendered hopeless.

The little boy was 6 years of age and had started to school a few weeks ago with his little sister Florence, and his brother Phillip. The father is receiving teller in the Mercantile Trust Company Bank here.

The body was taken to the Sawyer Company Parlors this morning. Funeral arrangements are not complete.
