JAMES H. GILHULY
JAMES H. GILHULY, one of Marin's well known citizens, was laid to rest Monday in San Francisco. Services largely attended by friends from this side of the bay, were held in St. Ignatius Church, with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Mr. GILHULY was 77. He was prominent in the Olympic Club, was a member of the Native Sons in the city, and also was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Seven years ago, he retired from his position as Pacific Coast representative of the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company after being with that company for 30 years, and has since lived quietly in Kentfield, taking much interest, however, in Marin County affairs. He was a native of San Francisco, and a graduate of St. Ignatius College.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. ANASTASIA RICE GILHULY; 3 daughters, Mrs. EDWIN J. McCARTHY, San Anselmo, and Mrs. A.J. NOLAND and Mrs. C. OHLANDT, San Francisco, and 2 sons, JAMES H. GILHULY, Jr. AND JOHN GILHULY.
