LENNA FENDLER
A funeral service for Lenna “Tudge” Fendler, 88, of Jackson, Amador County, a former Marin resident, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Jackson.
She died Thursday in Jackson after a long illness.
Mrs. Fendler, who was retired, had been a supervisor at Bell Telephone Co. and a supervisor of the secretarial pool at Federal Telegraph Co. in San Mateo.
Mrs. Fendler was the widow of Fred J. Fendler, a San Francisco businessman.
She was a native of San Luis Obispo and had been a resident of Mill Valley for 15 years before moving to Jackson.
Surviving are a son, Theodore Fendler, a brother, Richard Maggi, and a sister, Gen Cuneo, all of Jackson; two grandsons, Dr. Fred Fendler and Harry Fendler, both of Marin; and two great-grandsons.
The family prefers that memorial contributions be made to the Subcutaneous Mastectomy Fund of St. Francis Memorial Hospital, 900 Hyde St., San Francisco.
