JOSEPHINE BAMBINO
A private family funeral has been held for Josephine Bambino, 89, long-time San Anselmo resident who died Thursday in a local convalescent hospital.
Mrs. Bambino was born in Naples, Italy, and came to Marin County in 1930. Her husband, Peter M. Bambino, died earlier.
Survivors include two daughters, Flora Thurber of San Anselmo and Maria Comba of San Francisco, one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.
