FRANCES M. GRIMES
Frances M. Grimes of San Bernardino, mother of Dr. Orville Grimes of San Rafael, died Tuesday in a San Bernardino hospital. She was 89.
Mrs. Grimes was born in San Francisco and lived there until she was 16. She then moved to Southern California where she lived the remainder of her life..
She was a homemaker.
Besides Dr. Grimes, she also is survived by another son, Eugene Grimes of Palm Springs; a daughter, Velma Scarborough of Huntington Beach; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family prefers memorial donations to a favorite charity.
