Former San Rafael Boy Dies in S. F.
The death last week of Raymond H. Whittemore in San Francisco, recalled to many old-time residents of San Rafael that the Whittemore family has been long prominent residents of G Street.
The deceased spent much of his boyhood in San Rafael and was the son of the late Daniel Whittemore, a lawyer with a San Francisco practice. He was the father of Mrs. Edith W. Marlow, Mrs. Gladys W. Pika, Marjorie and Daniel Whittemore and the brother of Mrs. Harriet W. Wilkins.
Funeral services were held Thursday from the mortuary of Halsted & Co.
