OTHO V. WADDELL
Otho V. Waddell of San Anselmo died Tuesday at Marin General Hospital. He was 78.
Arrangements were pending at Chapel of the Hills mortuary in San Anselmo.

Private family services were held, Friday, Dec. 13, 1985, at Chapel of the Hills. Memorial gifts preferred to Marin County Heart Association.
