BURNS – In San Rafael March 10, 1975, Francis C. Burns Jr., husband of Josephine M. Burns, father of Mrs. James Stephenson and Richard Burns, son of Francis C. Burns Sr. and the late Ruth Kohloff Burns, brother of Earl and Robin Burns. A native of San Rafael, Calif., age 61 years.
Private services will be held Thursday, March 13 at 11 a.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Entombment, Mount Tamlapais Cemetery, San Rafael.
