LUCILE F. LUNDSTROM
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery in San Rafael for Lucile F. Lundstrom, a former Corte Madera resident and mother of Joan Lundstrom of Larkspur.
Mrs. Lundstrom died Monday at the Oroville Hospital in Oroville, Butte County, after a long illness. She was 77.
She was born in Denver, Colo., and, for 35 years, had lived in the suburbs of Chicago, Ill., where she worked as a bookkeeper.
In 1973, she moved to Corte Madera and then to Oroville seven years ago.
She was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
In Marin, she belonged to the Friends of the Larkspur Library and Larkspur Heritage Committee.
Her husband, Ernest, died in 1967. They had been married 34 years.
In addition to her daughter, Mrs. Lundstrom is survived by a sister, Mildred Janney of Oroville; two brothers, Robert Fisher of Sedona, Ariz., and Arthur Fisher of Tryon, N.C.; and two granddaughters.
The family has asked that contributions in her memory be sent to Hospice of Marin, Multiple Sclerosis Society or a favorite charity.
