ELAINE A. BLAIR
Elaine A. Blair of San Rafael died Dec. 11 at Fifth Avenue Convalescent Hospital.
Mrs. Blair, 67, was a native of San Francisco.
She is survived by a brother, Douglas Blair of San Francisco.
At her request, no services will be held.
Burial will be private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Sebastopol.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was the daughter of the late Sybil Wortman. Arrangements were under the direction of Russell & Gooch Funeral Chapel, Mill Valley.
