EVA BARLAS WENDELL
Eva Barlas Wendell of San Rafael died Monday at Northgate Convalescent Hospital in San Rafael.
Mrs. Wendell, a native of Poland, had lived for nine years at the Aldersly Danish Retirement Home in San Rafael. She previously was a resident of San Francisco. Mrs. Wendell was a homemaker. She was a life member of Hadassah.
Her husband, Harry Wendell, died earlier.
Survivors are a daughter, Gloria Bauman of Terra Linda; a son, Sheldon Wendell of San Rafael; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Eternal Home Cemetery in Colma. The family prefers contributions to a favorite charity.

A Death Notice was printed in the Dec. 17 paper. Additional information: she was the mother-in-law of Elliott Bauman and Corinne Wendell, and grandmother of Ken and Doug Bauman, Wendy Barbier, Pamela Wendell and Laurie Brock.
